Weekend Jaunt to Palmyra

We drove up to Palmyra, New York to help with the ward temple trip.  We stayed overnight in a nice hotel and in the morning, Rachel was able to do baptisms for the first time while Paul and I babysat for all the families that attended the temple.  Once the parents returned to pick up their kids, we all ate lunch together as a ward.  There were a ton of people that came and I'm glad we went.  It was a long day and a long drive home but I know we helped families that wouldn't otherwise have been able to attend the temple and I'm grateful Rachel had a positive experience in the temple.

This is what my kids do for fun on long Sunday afternoons!  They love to dress up and play together.  Say hello to the Captain and her mateys!  Ahoy there!
