We had the weirdest snowstorm. In the twenty years we've lived here, it has never snowed in October. The snow was extremely wet and heavy. Because it was so heavy and the leaves were still on the trees, many large tree limbs snapped and fell to the ground. When we drove around the neighborhood, it looked like a tornado went through. Nearly every tree in the neighborhood lost limbs. Our favorite tree in the backyard lost several gigantic branches. We're hoping it will survive.
